MEET THE FOUNDER

ADEOLA 
ADEJOBI

Adeola Adejobi, Esq. is the Founder and CEO of Avant-Garde Network (AGN), the leading social enterprise company focused on creating black executives and entrepreneurs. She grew the network to encompass over 40,000+ professionals of color.

 

Adeola understands that meeting the career aspirations of professionals of color requires more than just the standard engagement. She is also committed to highlighting industries that need diversity. Knowing this, she created initiatives such as (i) Women of Color and Capital and (ii) Diversity in Commercial Real Estate.

 

Adeola is the recipient of several awards, including the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce 2019 NY Women of Excellence, National Bar Association's Nation's Best Advocates, 2018 TOP 35 Millennial Influencers Award, the Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke 2017 Shining Star Award, 2017 NV Magazine Mover and Shaker Award, the Spelman College NY-NAASC Shining Star in Entrepreneurship Award, and more.

 

Adeola received her B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College and her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
